Step right up and feast your eyes on this one-of-a-kind gem in the heart of our beloved city! The Revaire – built of steel, cased in glass, and dusted with gold – is a true work of art that’s sure to take your breath away.
You see, The Revaire is all about celebration – it’s right there in the name! Inspired by the word ‘revelry’ (which means party time!), we added the ‘aire’ suffix to nod to the spaciousness of the building and our sister company A Fare Extraordinaire. And let me tell you, it’s a dream come true! We searched high and low for the perfect space – something with soul, elegance, and a whole lot of history. And we hit the jackpot with this 1942 munition factory!
But don’t worry – we didn’t stop at just any old building. We’ve transformed this beauty into a modern masterpiece that’s as sophisticated as it is stylish. I am over-the-moon EXCITED to share that Ladies Who Brunch raised ~$803,000 – exceeding our $525,000 revenue goal by 53%. THANK YOU for all you and The Revaire team did to contribute to this success. From your flexibility with the vinyl installation to the overnight room flip, you all were so accommodating. During the event, the level of service was unparalleled, and even after, the breakdown was seamless (I knew it would be!).
I would also like to specifically acknowledge your Event Managers for their leadership, Executive Chef Ryan for his thoughtful menu and perfect execution, and the entire team for their hard work.
Truly, I could go on and on. You all knocked it out of the park, and our donors cannot stop talking about how much they enjoyed the entire experience.

I can’t thank all of you enough for helping to produce such a beautiful event. The lighting, the sound system, the food, and drinks were all simply wonderful! I keep receiving the comment of, “that was the best, most delicious, or tasty wedding reception food I have ever had!”

A huge thank you and The Revaire team for showing us what you all do best – put on great events flawlessly! As I believe we told you previously, our event was held at the Hobby Center for over 20 years. We were told that our longtime supporters didn’t love change and so changing the venue this year was a big leap of faith. We couldn’t have picked a better venue and team to work with for our grand debut elsewhere.
One of these longtime supporters shared the following in an email this morning:
“Having it at The Revaire was an outstanding choice. Everything being on one level made getting around very simple. The Cocktail Reception area was great. There was more than ample room to move around and visit old friends, Having the bar in the center of the room, eliminating long lines and people waiting, to get their drinks refreshed. Also, the number of service staff made a huge difference.
The large dining area was terrific allowing more tables. Having Casa Staff members, intermittently seated among the guests, was an excellent idea. We had two at our table and everyone enjoyed visiting with them.
We both agreed, that the chicken breast was one of the best, we’ve ever had at the gala. The Revaire staff seemed to give special attention to our table. I was really impressed.
Again, it was excellent and very enjoyable. I’m looking forward to next year!”

I could not have been happier with the Revaire for the Gala this year. Melissa is a queen. Very rarely do you find someone with the attention to detail and drive for perfection that I desire with an event manager and she was all these things and more. She listened to all of my concerns, made all the changes, and executed those and all others with precision. Not to mention she was fun, funny, and incredibly easy. The venue is beautiful and the food is very good but for me to be able to work with a team leader that hears my needs and has a similar vision is the reason to keep coming back. I also want to note the rest of the team – your service is incredible. I have no idea how you train so many employees but they all had a singular vision and were always in communication with each other on how to execute it. I always pay attention to those things and it was really inspiring to see so many people working together to make the client happy. Congrats on creating such amazing synergy.
We will certainly be back next year and happy to continue this partnership indefinitely. If you ever have any non-profits on the fence about renting the space, send them my way and I will get them signed.
I cannot thank you enough for all the assistance, generosity and kindness that you hove shown me in these past two weeks. It was a complete nightmare having to re-plan a wedding in such a short time frame, but you helped to make that process as easy as possible for us. for that, we are forever grateful. I love how this place can be transformed! From sophisticated Runway to Launch Party to Elegant Wedding Reception! Dark & Moody or Dramatic with Saturated color!! I can’t wait for the next event!!
